About Me

Welcome!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to fostering healing, resilience, and growth in those I serve. My journey began at Yale University, where I earned my undergraduate degree, immersing myself in a rich academic environment that deepened my curiosity about human connection and emotional well-being. I later pursued my Master’s degree at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where I honed my clinical skills and developed a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I'm currently licensed in the state of California, license # LMFT110650.

My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including previous work with sexual assault survivors, children, and teens. In outpatient and school-based programs, I’ve had the privilege of guiding young people through emotional and behavioral hurdles, helping them find their voice and build confidence. My work with survivors of sexual assault was profoundly meaningful, and helped shape my mission to provide a safe, compassionate space to process trauma and reclaim strength.

I also hold a special interest in perinatal mental health, with a deep commitment to supporting parents navigating the joys and complexities of early parenthood. I’m especially passionate about working with parents of special needs children, offering tailored guidance to help them manage unique stressors, foster self-care, and nurture their family’s well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet each client where they are.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and understanding. I look forward to connecting and helping you find balance and hope on your journey.
